What does it cost to have an item sent to me?

There is free delivery on purchases to the UK over £40 & Internationally over £50.

Destination: United Kingdom (1st Class)

Purchase cost: £0-£40 / Delivery cost: £4.45

Purchase cost: £41 and above / Delivery cost: FREE

 

Destination: International (Standard)

Purchase cost: £0-£25 / Delivery cost: £8.00

Purchase cost: £26-£49 / Delivery cost: £12.00

Purchase cost: £50 and above / Delivery cost: FREE

When I can I expect my delivery?

All parcels are sent within one week of purchase and typically within 48 hours.

Parcels to the UK are sent with 1st Class delivery and international parcels are sent using Standard delivery.

International delivery time vary depending on the final destination.

Return & exchange policy

Can I exchange or return an item?

If you wish to return your purchase please send them to me within 14 days. In order for a return to be approved, the item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition including all packaging.

If you have started assembling your table kit or using your napkins I cannot accept it as a return except for if it is faulty or if I have made a mistake.

I currently do not accept exchanges. Should you wish to make an exchange, please follow the return guidelines above, then make your desired purchase.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

If you wish to return your purchase then please send it back to me within 14 days. Please note that I cannot pay for shipping back to me, also make sure to acquire a certificate of posting as items do occasionally get lost in the post.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

I aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an item is returned to me. Once I have returned and accepted the return, the refund should be processed within 7-14 days. With some banks it make take an additional 1-5 days for the payment to clear.

All refunds are done using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

I am so sorry to hear that! Please contact me using the Contact form here and describe the fault. If possible, include pictures. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
